1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Business account data (company name, VAT number, country, contact name, email, phone, delivery address), order history and messages you send us. We only collect what is needed to process a trade account request and fulfil orders.

3. Incomplete B2B account requests

When you explicitly select Continue in the first step of the B2B registration, we save your company name, business email, country, the page and referrer that brought you to the form, and limited campaign parameters. We use this information to resume your request in the same browser and, if you do not finish, to contact you once to help complete it. We do not capture fields while you type, create an incomplete WooCommerce user, or subscribe an incomplete request to marketing.

The legal bases are the steps you ask us to take before entering into a business relationship and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in assisting with an expressly started B2B request. You may object to the assistance contact at any time by emailing info@horefood.com.

4. Cookies

We use functional cookies required for login, cart, checkout and resuming a B2B registration, and consent-based analytics to improve the catalogue. The registration-resume cookie contains only a random token and expires after seven days. See the Cookie Policy.

5. Data sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the account and fulfil orders, including our EU-hosted CRM, carriers, payment/banking and accounting providers. Data is never sold.

6. Retention

The readable WordPress copy of an incomplete request is removed after secure transfer to our CRM or, if it is not transferred, within seven days. A short-lived pseudonymous token-to-CRM reference may remain for no more than seven days solely to resume the request. The CRM record is retained until the account request has been reviewed and resolved, then erased or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Account and order data are kept as long as the trade relationship is active and thereafter as required by Dutch fiscal law (7 years).

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, at any time via info@horefood.com.
