The terms are attached to every pro forma in a durable format; payment of the pro forma constitutes full acceptance of the terms (Art. 3.5).<\/p>\n<p>We sell exclusively to business customers (B2B). Consumer-protection regimes, including any right of withdrawal, do not apply (Art. 1.2).<\/p>\n<p>The version applicable to each order is the version in force at the time the contract is concluded, as stated on the pro forma (Art. 2.4).
